MOVEMENTS AS A WAY TO EASILY CONNECT TO THE SPIRIT
Through the process of movement, one can easily connect with spirit, as the spirit moves between the ether, in and around all things and around all beings, it is forever present and like the breath, we can connect effortlessly. As in meditation when you follow and or count the breath, and you go deeper into a meditative state, where you reach that altered consciousness. The dance movement in rhythm with the music ( Sound ) allows for the quick body and mind connection, everything aligning in concert, the body realising dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin. These brain chemicals produced naturally in our bodies are relaxing and healing. ( More on these chemicals in another post.) When released as a result of that gentle sway and movement in dance, a state of utopia, connection to the higher self and to spirit is achieved. ( Movementopia! )
